Guys & Gal,

I really think we should set up a UO server but before you all start jumping up and down and moaning about large maps and tanks are crap.
I am refering to the new UO map pack which contains the UO versions of the old COD maps but with some new improvements.
Yesterday while you had the TWB clan match and I was surplus to requirements, I happened to land in the minty clan UO server playing the new/old/improved COD maps on rifles (auto's) only.
The new map Streets is excellent but POW camp is amazing with the new additions, harbour with its new bits is very exciting but the map that really blew me away was Dawnville, the changes they have done to this map made it the best fun I have had on a COD map in ages.
So give it some consideration, if people are up for it we could try it out on a scooby night or set up a server to have a go.
But if we dismiss these maps out of hand I think we could be missing out on a lot of fun and guess what no tanks or 88's

Me too I still like UO, especially since the introduction of nice smooth game play. You have to admit COD is getting a bit stale now. UO adds a litte breath to the beast!

Its rifles only and they do play the odd UO map plus the Cod UO map updates. :wink:

Count me in for a try out. It wouldn't hurt to bring back one UO night a week would it?

I liked the new adaptation of Harbour haven't seen the others yet.

I'm open to trying it -

Can someone remind me what I need to have updated in UO to get it inline with the servers - when we stopped playing it I stopped updating it.

The latest patch and UO map pack. If you are unsure try joining a UO server and it'll tell you what version you need.

I'd Like you give it a go. I know what you mean about the mods to the maps. They Really change the tactics that you have to use.
