I've been trying to setup a website for a mate over the last couple of months and have been trying to postion things with CSS and divisions. However I've been a complete failure in my attempts.
Is anyone in the clan any good at CSS? And could they spare 10 minutes to look at my crappy coding and tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Heres the page:

If you look at it with a 1024x768 with full resolution in Firefox it looks like I want it too. But if you make the browser window smaller it doesn't scale very nicely. And if you use IE its completely fucked!
