If Anyone Has Ordered U.O. From MX2

Just this minute phoned MX2 to find out if I was going to receive U.O. in the post for tomorrow,as it happens they have not even got the stock in yet,so me ,and anyone who has ordered it will have to wait 3 to 7 working days for it :( .
So I`ve cancelled it. I`ll go down PC World or Game first thing,just to get my sticky paws on it :D .
Just thought I would let you know as some might have ordered from these people,thinking they would get it on the day,and this piece of advice is for free,and by all accounts should not warrant an execution if no one has ordered from them........................"I HOPE". :roll:

Shifty, my experience with MX2 (and why I said I'd been happy with them) is mostly related to ink and photopaper, for which speed of delivery is seldom an issue. In about 5 years of use they've only ever cocked up one order, which isn't bad, but as I said, speed was not something I was considering.

I've ordered the expansion from Play.com, aside from anything else I won't have a chance to get to a shop for another week now so I'm still expecting to get it from them earlier than if I did it via a high street store.

Hopefully anyhow. :roll:

I think there a good company to be honest,when I cancelled there was no probs,so I would deal with them again in the future.
It`s just that when you want something in a hurry you dont always get it on time,and lets face it U.O. is essential.
I still have another order with them,but thats no problem as I can wait for that .
So Maggot no worries mate.

Me too ! Play.com and Games Planet are my usual source and are very reliable in my experience.

I`ve dealt with Play.com too,they are a good reliable company too.
I have been surprised on more than one occasion when I`ve preordered software from them ,I`ve got it on the day of the release,which means they have posted it 1 or 2 days earlier :D .

My dvd collection is huge thanks to them,and there great prices. :D

i ordered from play.com too and had to ring them last week because their order system online has some issues with flat numbers matching up with debit cards details... anyways the nice man on the phone said that i should receive the game on my door mat on the release date itself, so i'll be very happy if turns out to be true
