Rince, you are a silly boy! Slap on lot's of aftersun and do wot I do to my head at times like these - soak a big face flannel in cold water and wear it as a hat around the house.
The water gets warm very quickly, so you'll need to refresh it over and over again - but it does ease the pain.
get some factor 50 for your skin immediately! or else your skin will end up looking really old and wrinkly in a couple of years time, not to mention the big increase in the danger of skin cancer caused by sun burn
factor 50 - NOW!

you silly tit Rince. believe it or not even i wear lotion when its sunny. Skin cancer is a nasty thing to have. when i was in Oz i saw many old folk with horrid noses from the damage the sun had caused. not nice!

The first 4 words weedy said.
Was hot though wasn't it. I was on the verge of bursting into flames in the office today and its not even properly hot yet. When it gets really bad I'm going to make loads of excuses to go to the computer room and sit inside the aircon.

To many details
I agree with everybody about the skin cancer. People with light colored-skin (north-european) need to be more carefull outside. Try to stay out of the sun between 11.30-15.00 pm when the sun is most dangerous/the sunrays are strongest. Weir clothes/cover the skin and use lotion, not just one-time but repeat it after a while. Know this from experience as well.

I was stuck on the track re-wiring a location and there was no shade at all...i've got a sore neck and fore-arms to prove it! I did consider going nude...but thought of the passengers going by having a larf!! :)

Or possibly suing the company after throwing up?
Could TR please stop talking about going nude - I'm quite often snacking when I read the forum and the gag reflex keeps kicking in.

I know what your saying Future and dont disagree. But in this country we dont get much sun, most of the time its overcast - especially on bank holidays. So when it does come out most people like to make the most of it.
We do have a lot of greenery though.
