Bad News Have To Have Another Eye Op

Hi People,
On Thursday I have to go in for another eye operation.
This is because I went to the hospitial for a check up today, and was told that there was good news and bad news.
The hole in the retina had repaired, so had the tear, but for some reason the retina is detaching again, so I have to go through the whole thing again.
This will mean 10 days, or about that, face down again, so I wont be around for a while.
This has come as a real blow, as I thought I was on the mend last month when I went to the hospital, but alas no.
Anyway wish me luck peeps, and I hope to be back asap.

I got a phone call today to say the op will now take place next Thursday, so that gives me a week of extra killing time.................dont you just love the NHS???????.

all done and home thanks guys bit sore but in and out thats the way i like it hate hospitals they make me feel even worse not better lol

it was a lump in my chest bullit it became quite painfull couldnt do push ups or pullups and when i got hit in it ... it felt like a kick in the nads
but all gone now just left with some stiches

il be playing on it a while tho to av our lass running round after me hahaha
she has gone to take my kickboxing class as we speak heehee

i can imagine how bad it is with the eye tho my son once whacked mi in mi eye with a plastic sword and it grazed the eyeball and a tiny flap of skin was hanging off they left it to come off on its own but it felt like a peice of grit in mi eye constantly drove me insane for a few days
