Discworld returns to gaming

UK-based developer Blue Sphere Games Ltd. today announced a worldwide licensing agreement to create mobile phone games based on Terry Pratchett's Discworld series of fantasy fiction titles. Blue Sphere Games will develop a portfolio of games over the course of the three-year license, the first of which will be available in October 2005. Pratchett's Discworld has previously been mined for a series of graphic adventure games on the PC, PlayStation, and Saturn.

i have already played some of the discworld games already out and they wernt that bad.
there is also talk of movie's in the pipeline as well which would be awesome as the dark comedy involved in the books is great. :wink:

my character 'Rincewind', is one of the funniest people i have read about and if people dont know what im on about read the book 'The Light Fantastic' to see what im on about. 8)

Yes, I've read the books, never finished the Discworld2 game though, but it's still in my cupboard somewhere.
