Apparently Microsoft are going to replace Passport as a means of logging allowing users to logon to x number of sites securely using one logon (which failed quite throughly) with something called 'Info Cards'.
Reading the article, they are switching from storing the users private details on a central server to the users own PC (the central server plan was criticized strongly).
So with a very high percentage of PCs infected with Spyware and viruses... Storing this sensitive data on thousands of compromised PCs is better because??? Morons! Or Twats as Necro would say!
